Tune into your curiosity awareness and develop a sense of personal measure. In our KATONAH YOGA classes, we invite you to question the familiar and habitual, to explore new perspectives and angles within and around your body, and notice how that translates from your practice into your everyday. Antonia will teach you this hatha-based practice that incorporates Chinese medicine, taoist theory, geometry, metaphor and imagination.
In our FLOW YOGA classes Lulu will guide you through several energising sequences. You will move dynamically from one posture immediately into another, following the breath to create a meditative state. Expect to feel strong, flexible and energised.
