Jiu Jitsu is a grappling sport (similar to Judo and wrestling) – there is no striking or kicking, instead we use our opponents weight and momentum to neutralize their attacks, gain control and finally submit them.
As well as being one of the most effective sports for self defense, Jiu-Jitsu is a great way to get in shape, de-stress, make new friends, have fun, and improve your mental health.

We practice nogi Jiu-Jitsu. During classes, wearing rashguards (long sleeve top) and shorts with spats (pocketless skintight leggings) is required. Additionally, it is recommended to bring a mouthguard and a groin protector with you.

See you on the mat.
