Hosted by Hagius and designed by Seanal this open-for-all levels workshop will combine Pilates, Strength and Movement Improvisation into a 90 mins long, non-stop guided workout with a carefully curated mix set.
Join to find joy within movement. This workshop is your safe space - without any judgments of your background or the colour of your skin. Take time to get to know and to take care of your body and ultimately make your body stronger.
